Supplements are important or how to know if I am getting enough nutrition

I caught myself thinking about healthy eating way too much the other day and I realised I am getting older, well maybe a bit older but definitely wiser.

A year or two ago it was all about dieting and keeping or loosing the weight no matter the path. I thought the weight control was all about low calories and getting no nutrition at all.

In my  14 years of dieting practice I have learned that Vitamins do not make you fat, they are your friends and moreover they help you loose weight, soothe the puffiness, makes your skin brighter, your face skinnier.

So that the verdict was that it is essential to add nutritional supplements to your weight loss or other kinds of diet, considering the problems and concerns of yours.
